Riverside Nature Center interprets native Hill Country plants and wildlife beside the Guadalupe River and Town Creek.

The grounds include a wildscape, butterfly garden, meadow, arboretum, and a 700-foot crushed-granite trail. The nonprofit center also serves as a trailhead for Kerrville's River Trail. Admission is free, donations are encouraged, and pets are not permitted because the property is managed as a wildlife sanctuary.
